Returns and Refunds

Wolldi is a product discovery and comparison service and does not currently take payment or fulfill orders. A purchase made after following a Wolldi link is a transaction with the independent merchant shown at checkout.

How to request a return

Contact the merchant from your order confirmation or merchant account and follow its posted return window, condition, proof-of-purchase, shipping, restocking-fee, and refund rules. Wolldi cannot issue a merchant refund, authorize a return label, or change the merchant’s decision.

Incorrect information on Wolldi

If a product page showed inaccurate information, preserve a screenshot and the date, then report it to the Site operator. We will investigate and correct information we control, but merchant remedies remain governed by the merchant’s terms and applicable consumer law.
